MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB DESCRIPTIONS 1. Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ về kỹ thuật, set up bối cảnh và điều phối luồng sản phẩm/vận hành hệ thống trong suốt phiên live nhằm đảm bảo buổi livestream diễn ra mượt mà và tối ưu doanh số. / Fully responsible for technical setups, background staging, product flow coordination, and system operations during live sessions to ensure smooth broadcasts and maximize sales performance. 2. Chuẩn bị kỹ thuật & Bối cảnh: Thiết lập âm thanh, ánh sáng, camera, phần mềm (OBS, vMix...) và sắp xếp sản phẩm mẫu, set up góc live đẹp mắt trước giờ lên sóng./ Technical & Staging Preparation: Set up audio, lighting, cameras, streaming software (OBS, vMix...), arrange product samples, and decorate an attractive live corner before broadcasting. 3. Vận hành hệ thống bán hàng: Cài đặt giá, ghim sản phẩm (pin giỏ hàng), tung voucher, kích hoạt flash sale và minigame đúng thời điểm trên các sàn (TikTok Shop, Shopee...)./ Sales System Operation: Configure pricing, pin products to the shopping cart, release vouchers, and activate flash sales/minigames at the right timing on e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee...). 4. Điều phối phiên live: Theo dõi bình luận, lọc câu hỏi để nhắc bài/hỗ trợ Host; kiểm soát không khí phòng live và xử lý nhanh các sự cố kỹ thuật phát sinh. / Live Stream Coordination: Monitor comments, filter customer questions to cue/support the Host, manage live room atmosphere, and promptly resolve any technical glitches. 5. Báo cáo số liệu: Thống kê, tổng hợp các chỉ số sau phiên live (Doanh thu, đơn hàng, lượt view, tỷ lệ chuyển đổi...) và cùng team họp rút kinh nghiệm. / Data Reporting: Track and compile post-live metrics (Revenue, orders, views, conversion rate...) and participate in team debrief meetings for continuous improvement. 7.
