Marketing Supervisor (Instax Camera)

Overview

IMV is seeking a Marketing Supervisor for its Instax Camera division in an on-site, full-time role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Marketing Supervisor will oversee market planning, conduct thorough market research, devise strategies to drive product growth, and collaborate with sales teams.

  • Responsible for developing proposals, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities with offline channel customers.
  • Support management in overall brand management in the Vietnamese market (90%); coordinate, implement and monitor activities in the Cambodian market (10%), focusing on B2B activities.

Job Description

A. Communications & B2B Partner Implementation Activities (50%)

  • Main responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring collaborative activities (online communications, events, etc.) with partners and channels such as Camera Shop, Phone Store, etc
  • Assisting management in developing collaboration ideas and promotional programs for different customer groups, and evaluating the effectiveness of activities and campaigns

B. Brand Research and Development Planning (10%)

  • Conduct detailed research on the market, industry trends in the camera sector, and target customers to propose a suitable strategic approach for the brand.
  • Collaborate with management to execute, implement, and monitor brand activities on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

C. B2C channel communications activities (20%)

  • Join the marketing team in implementing communication activities with partner brands outside the industry

D. Brand performance reports (20%)

  • Prepare reports and analyses on marketing activities and campaigns based on campaign and project objectives; evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns (B2B, B2C), and draw conclusions for brand improvement

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Economics/Foreign Languages or other related fields.
  • 03 years+ of experiences in FMCG/Retail/Fashion/Camera/Lifestyle…
  • Foreign language communication skills, specifically English, at a good to excellent level.
  • Willing to involve business trip and client meetings.
  • Interested in, passionate about, and eager to learn about business in general. Possesses a holistic understanding of business and brand management.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to coordinate and work across departments (Finance, Sales, Logistics, etc.).
